Abstract

|
Recently deaths after injection of typhoid vaccine were reported and even simple -side reactions became alcoa current topic in news papers. In this article, the inevitable reason-. of adverse reactions of vaccines including normal toxicity, encephalomyelitis, anaphylaxis, Senarelli Schwartzman phenomenon, abnormal sensitivities of the liver and cardiovascular systems and possibilities of provocation of typhoid fever and other infectious diseases are discussed.
